Mr. Vincent DeVivo serves as the Community Outreach Specialist for the United States Attorney’s Office, District of Maryland, where he provides public safety programming and crime prevention efforts to our communities. Mr. DeVivo is a certified Maryland Police and Training Commissions instructor and Gang Awareness trainer, senior member of the Washington-Baltimore High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Prevention Board, and a member of the Maryland Crime Prevention Association. Vince served on the Maryland State Department of Education workgroup that developed a statewide model policy on gangs and similar destructive group behaviors. During his 15 years as an educator, Mr. DeVivo helped expand strategies for School Resource Officers and served as a facilitator for School Crisis Management and Crisis Response Teams. He also previously served as the School Outreach Coordinator for the Maryland Community Crime Prevention Institute.
